When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

If you create an account, post in the community, or leave a review, we store your email address and the display name and content you submit. If you subscribe to our emails, we store your email address until you unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share only what is necessary with service providers that operate our store: our e-commerce and checkout platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers, our email provider, and our hosting and database provider. Each processes your data on our instructions.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though checkout may not function correctly without them.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA) you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do neither. We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other data until you ask us to delete it. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls.

Our store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
